In this clip, the range of movement of the Microscribe 3D-X Digitizer is shown as well as its ability to digitize fiber bundles. Representations of the raw muscle fiber data are known as "templates" (the lines with black squares). Templates for the anterior, posterior and marginal portions of the soleus muscle are shown.
